Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (not due to our mistake)
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Refund Method (COD Orders)
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are made through:
- Bank transfer (EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Account)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures/videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
